Our Services

We provide specialist help to enable the success of an organisation’s strategy by bringing together all parts of the organisation to make sure the organisation’s system operates effectively. Through intervention we look at the available data including structures, processes, policies and metrics along with culture, values, behaviours and relationships and identify where improvements can be made for teams and the organisation to perform at its best.

“The interesting thing about coaching is that you have to trouble the comfortable and comfort the troubled.”

What Our Customers Say

Great Support

Leodis Consulting supported BPCA though an OD diagnostic project, aimed to provide the Executive Board with some assurance on where the association is at and where it is heading, helping to identify key objectives to support the forward journey.

Engaging a consultant to look at an organisation that is performing well and considering a journey from good to great is arguably more difficult than consulting in a company moving from poor to good.

Leodis undertook a review of much of the Association’s systems and processes and interviewed all staff members and a all officers of the association. An interim report was drawn up and reviewed prior to a final OD diagnostic report with recommendations presented to the Board.

The feedback from the staff team and Board members on Anna’s approach and style was very positive and the report evidenced a strong understanding of the Association  and is certainly something we will look to repeat.

Influential Leader

Anna originally joined the OD Practitioner Programme at Certificate level during 2021/22 and having successfully graduated, has used this to build her OD consultancy business, brand and offer.

Having won the Development Practitioner of the Year in 2022, she enrolled and completed the Diploma in OD Practice in 2023. Having graduated successfully from this, she has recently enrolled on a certificate in Performance Coaching with the OD Academy. She is now one of the Academy’s Lifetime Members.

Anna has been an influential leader, collaboratively providing innovative solutions to identified challenges and as an excellent communicator, at all levels and cross-culturally, she has established outstanding stakeholder relationships.

Given her professional background and training, Anna is an example of a governance professional who has succeeded previously by reference to and application of the rules and process. Through her own self-awareness, she knew that this authentically needed to be different.
